Acceptable Use Policy

To keep GetNixa safe and fair for everyone, you may not use it to:

• upload or make content that is illegal in India or where you live, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities;
• harass, threaten or defame anyone, or spread hate based on religion, caste, gender, race or other protected traits;
• make deepfakes, or mislead people by impersonating someone, without their clear consent;
• break copyright, trademark or other rights, for example by uploading content you have no rights to or by using fonts against their licence;
• spread malware, or try to break into, overload or reverse engineer the Service;
• share your account, resell the Service, or run it automatically at scale without our written agreement;
• get around plan limits, for example with several free accounts.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this policy. To report abuse, write to support@getnixa.com.
